I brought my Harley in for a handle bar change. Not only did I have to wait over 2 months to get my Harley back when I went to go pick it up there was part loose and I had to wait over an hour just to get the bike back. After I pointed it out to the service *** I had to wait an additional hour to get my bike on the road. This weekend while riding I felt my tank move more than usual so I went to investigate and I saw the bolts that hole the tank to the frame almost falling out. That was the last straw. Anytime I took my bike to Harley I always either had to wait forever or bring it back to be fixed or ***aired because they messed something up. I'm tired of complaining to them and nothing being down so I'm letting everyone know here.

Im extremely frustrated As discussed I purchased a Harley on December 4, 2021 I cancelled the optional service and GAP contract two weeks later on December 11 in a meeting with David S******** and Brandon. They told us- it would be up two months to get a refund on those contracts. It's been 8 months and multiple wasted days trying to figure out where my check is. I refinanced the contract with ICCU in January and they paid off the entire note owed at that time, and we have been waiting since the December cancellation to get the $3,100 refund. I need this money and no one has shown any sense of urgency on the ting to help me I’m upset and it makes me regret purchasing my bike ruining the entire experience.

I came in to buy a Harley, I went to check out the used street bob and after the test drive I was sure I’m taking one home today . They had no prices on any of the bikes. And when u ask for the price they tell u that someone will come and take your information They take all my information my social Security number and still didn’t got a price I was there over an hour and still didn’t got any price . So I just went home and later call them just to get the price and they still refuse to give me price over the phone and told me I need to come back to get prices Although they have all my information And they already ran my credit Then I’ve called Orange County Harley Davidson and they gave me a price right away over the phone with no problem I guess this place trying to scam people And do everything to avoid telling you the price And you’ll see a lot more reviews like that This is the way they work

I came in to inquire about a used motorcycle that was listed online. I saw a few, I like one in particular and the salesman wanted to run my credit to see what I could qualify for. I gave him all the information, he said ok you are going to get a text and give me the confirmation code on that text. I said ok, gave him the number. They were running my credit, then someone from the credit department came over to see what rate I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. We talked, then he went to go check what the bank was saying. I was looking at helmets when I looked at my email on my phone, it said, "Congratulations, you've been approved for the Harley-Davidson Visa Signature Card!" I was confused and asked the salesman why I got an email stating I have a new credit card, I only wanted to check my credit for a loan on the motorcycle. He said, "oh that comes with it, you get $150 credit when you use it". I said no, "I don't want a credit card that's not what I signed up for, I'm done". Then walked out. I know they get some incentive for signing people up for credit cards, but I did not want one and did not sign up for it. I wanted to see my interest rate on the motorcycle purchase, that was it. I believe this much deception and action is criminal.
