Contract signed on sept. 6, 2019 for solar panels and battery system. The system worked great. Over a year ago, PGE installed a new electric meter. During the installation I was informed the **s (controls the battery) were illegally installed in PGEs meter box. This the first time I knew of this. PGE removed the **s and our battery longer worked. The seal to the meter box was broken by Pacific. When I informed Pacific, they re-installed **s in the meter box again. I explained what PGE said. The new meter failed again and PGE scheduled a replacement. I informed **** and they quickly removed the **s from the box. I asked ***. for a permanent fix. Months have passed and nothing. When they finally answered my call, They initially were going to put **s back in the meter box. However, they later were concerned the ** was the cause for the failed meter. In July they said they had a solution. I never heard back from them. I recently wrote them Dec. 14. The sales person said he thought the issue had been resolved and would get back to me. As of today Dec. 29 I have nothing even after 2 additional emails and one phone call. My desired resolution: fix the system (preferred) or full refund and removal of the batter from my garage. The battery system cost $16950.
