      Loved the * bones, ribeyes and steak burgers just to name the few , came out great on the grill . Family loved them . As always I hope I see you again . ??

      I completely regret my purchase. The salesman was pushy and made it seem like I was getting a deal. He said that I would be paying $5/lb. After buying, I checked the price for the 16.5 total pounds. He had lied because it was closer to $10/lb. I may as well just buy the meat from a grocery store. Reading the reviews, too, the responder says that there was a 3-day guarantee. How would you know that all of your meat is really good within 3 days? By the time you realized it was bad, the only response would be a swap and who wants to swap for another batch of bad meat?Also, his QR code for his price menu didnt work and their prices arent posted online. Looking again, the address is a yahoo address instead of anything legitimate. I feel like I just got scammed.

You have 3 days from the date of purchase to call the office to request a refund. It's our 3-day buyers right to cancel for a full refund. Our guaranteed policy is a 1-year guarantee. We offer a guarantee on all our products for a full year for tenderness, flavor, or freezer burn. We have no record of you calling the office regarding this concern.       Scam. They sneak into gated communities and knock on random doors, saying they just delivered meat to your neighbor and have a few steaks left over and do you want to buy them? This is a well-known scam tactic.

      Apparently they think it's ok to solicit extra business in a mobile home park that has signs posted that clearly say "No Solicitation", and walk into a residents carport and yell into the back gate. I am an older female living alone. NOT OK!

      I bought some prime ribeyes from ****. I looked at the steaks on top, and they seemed okay. After **** left, I immediately transferred from their box to my freezer. The bottom layer of steaks were mostly all fat, and looked terrible. That was on a Friday evening. The next Monday I called the ************** and filed a complaint. I was told that the bad steaks would be switched out by my original seller (****). **** called me the day before and said he couldnt come because he had to pick up his daughter that day, and it was a 2.5 hr. drive for him to get to my place of residence. I called the ************* again twice, but was told owner/manager was not in, but would call me after 2:00pm. I never got a call back. By now, I realized Id been duped. Called my *************** and disputed the charge. Now its in their hands. I want to be refunded, and they can have all their food back. I wont touch it. If I dont get satisfaction, well both meet in small claims court! This company is dishonest. Dont buy from them!!

      My whole experience was poor. I purchased seafood from the delivery truck that was in my neighborhood. I expected to receive quality seafood for the price I was paying. When I went to defrost it for dinner guests, I realized it was freezer burnt! I had to go to ****** and buy the seafood for dinner. Totally disappointed for the price I was charged. I tried to get a refund, and they would only exchange what I bought, which I know will not be worth the price they charge. I WOULD NOT BUY FROM THEM, bad experience all around. I would have left a zero star review if it was possible

All of our products come with 3-day buyers right to cancel within 3-days for a full refund. And after the 3rd day we also offer a 1-year guarantee for tenderness flavor and freezer burn. After the 3-days, our 1-year product replacement guarantee comes into effect. Our customers can call the office to get it swapped out for fresher product. You made the purchase on April 4th and called the office on April 12th, so unfortunately, we can only do a swap. On April 16th, we sent a driver to your residents, had it swapped out for a fresher product, and we also gave you a free box of salmon for the inconvenience.

      This is more of an ethical concern with this company and what they allow, or perhaps, encourage their employees to engage in. My dad apparently ordered some meat/steaks from this company and two men brought them to him. He bought a lot of meat. Like, way too much. Anyway, my dad isn't necessarily doing well right now personally and upon arriving back from running some errands, my mom and I found that the two delivery men had been "hanging out" inside the house with my dad. They were drinking and just having a good ol time. It was upsetting as my mom did not know these men and here they were, in her house, drinking both beer and tequila, as well as accepting gifts from my dad. He gave them both personal items from the house as gifts. I mean, truly these two men do not know my dad and had only interacted with him one other time for business purposes. My dad is also a man in his 60's and both of these men looked significantly younger than him. While I acknowledge the fact that they were invited in, and don't think there was any malicious intent there (or rather, would hope not), it's concerning to me that this company would condone this type of behavior. Specifically, drinking and driving back to ****** in a company vehicle. (We are 2.5 hours away). Also, is there no ethical guidelines with this company regarding accepting gifts from customers and hanging out with them in their homes? We are genuinely just curious what the company's stand is on this matter.I say all this to say that we would like to speak with the company's owner or at least some sort of manager to get some clarity. Also, be cautious with this company. This was a clear and overt example of their delivery guys taking advantage of a customer and a situation that seemed too good to pass up.

      Bought some off a guy who came to my door. He was honest about the steaks and where they come from. He was very helpful went as far as moving my door that had fallen over. I decided to buy some steaks. Grocery stores are the real crooks and im tired of spending hundreds of dollars and only having one bag to show for it. I received 42 steaks and felt like that was one of the best deals Ive ever gotten I want to thank Pacific Prime and a delivery driver ****** for an amazing deal, and still enjoying my steak nights thank you.
