            This complaint is about my prior complaint and my contract for Tenco to put in French doors at my house. The prior complaint states the dates and times and that they still have my $1000 deposit. The prior complaint was closed without my knowledge. Someone from Tenco replied to the complaint they would get personally involved but I have not heard from them at all. The deposit was taken in February 2022. The doors were to be installed in April 22. The complaint was filed in July/August 22. It is now September and the Tenco Thieves still have my money with absolutely no communication from them. Please refund my money ASAP. Tenco should not be in business....this is ridiculous.

            I got a estimate in May 2022. In July i signed the contract. Finally after calling many times they send someone to finalize measurements in August i put my deposit and never heard back from them. I started calling in October and they keep telling me to be patience that materials were back order which they had told me at the beginning that it would be 30 days wait to start because of material were back order. It’s now the end of November they stop answering my calls. Refused to refund my deposit and the person who was supposed to be my contact Kayla the owners daughter has block me so i can’t call her anymore. At this point i want my deposit back to go somewhere else for the service.
