San Joaquin Roofing installed my new roof in 2020 and provided me with a 20yr workmanship warranty. I have had 3 previous leaks in the same exact location that they have previously fixed but once again I have a leak in the same exact location. I sent them an email on 1/17/23 with a picture depicting the leak in hopes of getting them to come out once again to fix the leak once the rain had stop. I never got a response so I called the office on 1/22/23 to get someone to come out and fix the leak before this last rain storm arrived. They schedule an appointment on 1/27/23 at 2pm for ******* to come out and see what needed to be done. At 4pm I contacted the company because their Technician ******* was a no show and I was told that they would reach out to him, so that he could contact me to let me know what happened? I didn’t get a call back. On Monday 1/30/23 I once again contacted the company to inquire why I have not been contacted. I was assured by the receptionist that she would have some reach out to me asap. Again I heard nothing all week . On 2/6/23 I again contacted the company once more and again I was told that they would have someone contact me to get this resolved but no one ever did. On 2/8/23 I spoke with ******** who assured me that I would get contacted again. Once AGAIN, No one called me back. I am done dealing with their lousy customer service. So I am coming to you in the hopes of getting assistance in getting this issue resolved.
