I went to the Ride and Shine on ****** and **** on 8/24/24 and the conveyor ripped one of my tire air valves causing my tire to go flat. I told the manager ******* and he acknowledged fault by Ride and Shine but only gave me a card with a phone number to make a claim. I called the claims number but no one answered. I left a voicemail and it said someone would contact me in the next 24 ******** car does not have a spare and ******* told me I had to call for a tow using my insurance. I told him it was his companys responsibility to fix the damage but he called his boss and they refused.I told him I didnt want to leave until my car was towed and repaired at the companys expense because it was not my fault they damaged my new car. While I was on the phone with my insurance to call for a ***, ******** boss called the police. I never cursed or said a remotely threatening word to *******. Officer ****** with Clovis PD arrived and he was great. He assured me I had done nothing wrong and that ******* admitted fault by Ride and Shine for the damage. Officer ****** said that would be noted in his police report. Imagine running a business, damaging a clients car and immobilizing it, admitting fault, refusing to fix it then calling the cops because the client doesnt want to pay for the expenses to fix it. Unbelievable. I still havent received a call from anyone from this company regarding reimbursement for the repairs.Red Carpet Car Wash Response

Hi *****,Do to a communication issue, PD was called due to my safety policy's. I apologize for that mistake. We were also under the impression that your rims were after factory, which they are not. This is horrible The ride and shine on kings Canyon tore the bug Guard off my Dodge Ram truck and scratched it. Also the tire shine, It throws out Black dots everywhere on the sides Of the truck ,very disappointed in the business. And no number to call the lady I talked to was very rude and ugly and it's the same number for all of them.Red Carpet Car Wash Response

Hi *******, I'm sorry about your bug guard. Unfortunately we can't be liable for damage to after factory items on vehicles and Dodge never sold a Ram from the factory with a bug guard. If the scratch is able to be polished out though we would be happy to try and take care of that. How much did the guard cost? Perhaps we could find an accommodation that would satisfy you.I'm not sure what number you were given but we do have one general manager who handles all damage claims. if I could give negative stars I would. ruined my brand-new car then refused to do anything about it. hiding behind the fact that you can't see anything in their car wash. " it was foamy in our footage." terrible company. do not deal with them, especially ****Review from John S

went for wash and came out with a crack in my windshield that was not there before. The worker saw and gave me his manager ****** # and told me to make a claim. **** returned call to tell me she would do an investigation. When she completed her investigation she called to tell me that she looked at the window on video and it was qoute "DEFINITLEY there before" I thought, man that was a big crack for me not to notice and then politely asked if I could see the video for piece of mind. She agreed and when I met with her a few days later she spent almost ***** minutes looking at 2 camera angles (which I was very impressed with how clear the video was) looking for time stamps she had wrote down as markers to indicate where she saw the crack. 20 minutes go by and I am realizing there is no crack that was visible on camera and she is absolutley making this up. She then pointed to a split second flash and said "there" and tried to say that was it. (It was my chrome handle on door?) Which she said "things in the car dont disapear" She proceeds to tell me that tiny pin size grooves can turn into huge cracks when customers come out and they are not responsible and that this is wear and tear and she was certain thats what we were looking at. I felt gaslighted and was baffled. She said "why do you think we are responsible"? I said because it wasnt there before?? if I drive through right now you're telling me you wont see it on camera? She said well the sun was in a different position that day and that matters. At that point I realized she was going to cont. to gaslight me and not take any responsibilty. I called ******** (VP) who basically reiterated the same. Because they didnt see the workers hit the window with the brush and machines were working fine to their knowledge they would not take responsibility. So you can go in with nothing and come out with a "significant crack" and based on this tiny pin hole groove you cannot see they will not take responsibility? Unethical!!!Review from Stephen C.

Went to red carpet car wash in ****** on *************************************************** They were supposed to do a ************* change with additive. Well the person performing the work explained to me I had a transmission leak. 2 months later my tahoe ltz was leaking alot. Also my oil gauge was going all crazy up and down. So I hired a licensed mobile mechanic and he explained to me that my oil filter didn't get tightened all the way and oil was leaking everywhere, also there had been a clip removed from my transmission, also the mechanic working on my vehicle had to fix the oil sending unit(sensor),had been loosened and I replaced that. I have been offered 2 free oil changes to correct thier mistake. However due to the fact that I was scammed I don't want to do any business with them. In the original agreement paper the employee explained to me there was a transmission leak and referred me to another shop where I could get my transmission fixed. The technician sabatoged my truck then told me I needed to go to a transmission company, so he referred me to transmission city. I don't think this is right. I had no way to get my children to school or the ability to get my disabled wife to her much needed appointments for 2 weeks. I couldn't drive the truck because the oil pressure wouldn't stay normal and the pressure was at 0. So alarms were going off.Review from Nicole L

Hello I don’t no quite how to Yelp or get in google I just want to say I’m amazed by one of ur workers today and everytime I go to this location she always on task always jumping in a car or helping out or filling up the bottles this gal number 44 on Shaw and Marty you gotta be happy n grate ful for her she is what u call a hard dedicated worker mike she even handles complaints best to her knoledge not big ones but always no’s how to make a customer happy so it don’t have to go to manager because the manger are always so busy wen there’s a problem she needs to become manager I’m telling u mike she’s the one u need awesome amazing job number 44 keep up the good work she explained what the red towel was for she title me wen to return and asked me was there anything else I could help you with oh my I can go on and onReview from Verlene B
