            We have been doing business with them since 2014. In my experience with them in the last year alone. Their customer service is horrible. Unanswered emails. Orders not sent in a timely manner. Problems with orders are not told to the customer. Delay in shipment is not relayed to the customers. Material Certs are not sent with orders. When I called to speak to the manager he was rude and dismissive. I need my certs for my previous order that was paid for when ordered over a month ago. I will not do business with them again. After I get my certs I will go elsewhere. We have spent a total of $28,170 dollars with them in the last several years. They just lost our business.

            Placed an order with this company on 11/10/21, I have yet to receive order confirmation. Their website stated "Unless otherwise indicated all orders are shipped out via UPS ground within 48 hours to all areas of the United States except Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Freight orders are usually ship out within 72 hours. You will receive via email a tracking number for your shipment. Next day and second day order can normally be shipped out the same day if ordered before 2pm PST." So, no confirmation, no bearings in hand, no contact, but they surely took my money. I have tried to contact them twice via online form, once via online chat, once via online messaging, once via email and have tried to call the number listed to no avail. I wish I had come here first to read the reviews. I just want to cancel my order!!! Absolutely horrible service. Lesson learned.
