      Temecula Nissans GM ****** called another Nissan employee a F*ing idiot in front of staff and customers, including myself. He was angry that I had just purchased a Nissan Rogue from Riverside (great staff) and was meeting a (Nissan scheduled) windshield repairman at the Temecula location so I didnt have to drive as far. He refused to acknowledge me or even look at me but spoke loudly 4 feet from me in the service office (open door) about the whole situation and how they were not going to have anything to do with helping me. This was Nissans responsibility to fix. The rain had prevented them from fixing the crack prior to delivery. However, the Temecula GM ****** has zero customer service skills when money is not being exchanged. After several previous phone calls and an appointment to have it fixed that day I was still turned away, shunned and refused service. This is why I previously walked off their lot and bought a Nissan elsewhere. 4 years ago I had picked one out, agreed to buy it and they drove up a completely different car after I finished the financing saying the other one was sold!! Manipulative, dishonest, and terrible customer service.

      Very Deceitful and unprofessional people to deal with. Got a Nissan Ariya, which they made me test drive a car with bigger battery and ended up giving me one with smaller battery. They fail to provide the true differences and will not provide any professional information about the product, and you will end up with an awful deal. I wish I did not support my "local businesses", and delt with another dealership less than 25 miles from this one.

      Oh my .... STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE -TEMECULA TAKE THIS BUSINESS DOWN -If I could give -100000 stars I would. This place is a joke. If you want to be scammed or go to court and waste your time (said nobody) take a walk in there. Over 10 years and they still manage to SCAM....

      Well I have to say that I've been disrespected and to say I have proof is the least .... having children in lobby and the big bosses talking about smoking or doing coke and drugs in front of a 3 year old and adding things to contract and not having to explain these 2k to 5k add on to the contract ... can say shame on me but ultimately this dealer is beyond me .. oh by the way if you complain in any way they will text your personal phone and call you multiple times to fix the situation... they all laugh inside the tall tour and every should be fired and bring in workers who do care about their costumers unfortunately no more nissan ever for me or my loved ones

      Very bad experience. They sold me a car that was defective. The console lights were not working properly. I could have gotten in an accident. They lied about having ordered the part when they said they fixed it. I have made several calls to the general manager Christian Pinislia with no return calls. Very unprofessional. They lied about there service. This has been going on for three weeks and I still do not have my car back. I am prepared to file a lawsuit against this dealer.

      This dealership is a scam and they will try to steal your money forcing car owners to buy warranty and gap insurance or they don’t sell you the car. Be careful with car value before you sign any papers because they add $2000 on top of the car value for no sense trying to take advantge of you. Worst Nissan dealership I ever been to. Reading reviews from other people had the same issue makes me wonder how this place is still in business. Save your time and money and don’t go there.

      The below reviews I think explain it. I had the same situations happen to me when I went in to help my mom buy a car. Price changing, charging for bogus aftermarket additions and even trying to extend contract terms without telling you seem to all be part of there business practices. Also, they will not honor there interest rates if you don't add there extended warranty. They will tack on another half a point to your interest if you don't take additional coverages on the cars.

      We Met with Juan G*****, test drove a Nissan Sentra. I took a picture of the Window Sticker with the Price/VIN number. After 3 hours of negotiations we finally agreed on a price. We went to the Finance Department and were ready to sign and noticed the VIN number had changed and the new VIN number had a significantly lower price. It was confirmed by Navy Federal Credit Union as we had a pre-approved Check and it was called in for an access code and the Finance Rep from Nissan was told they were marking the price of the care significantly over 125% above the Price. This confirmed the switch of the cars and VIN# and price. I confronted Juan and he swore up and down that the cars were the same price. When I asked to see proof, we were told by management they no longer wanted to do business with us because we didn't trust them. We were never shown proof. We left, we will not return. You make your own assumption. Please take a picture of the VIN # of the car you test drive and verify prior to signing your paperwork. They very well may give you a car of lesser value to make a profit. I gave 1 star but If I could give a Negative 100 I would. Integrity Matters to me! This Place Failed! Sad this is we bought a car in 2015, we were a returning customer, we expected better treatment for our loyalty.
