n April 12, 2023, I purchased a new Yukon XL Denali from Motor City Buick GMC. The buying process started by contacting *****************, a salesperson at Motor City Buick GMC, on April 4, 2023. It was communicated and confirmed by the salesperson, *****************, and the dealers financing department manager that the vehicle would be registered as COMMERCIAL. Other sales personnel and the sales manager at Motor City Buick GMC also confirmed that every vehicle sold at Motor City Buick GMC is registered as COMMERCIAL. On May 2, 2023, I received, via mail, the permanent registration showing TYPE VEHICLE USE as AUTOMOBILE .It is now Oct 16, 2023, and I have yet to resolve the issue with Motor City Buick GMC, which should have sold a COMMERCIAL type vehicle. The issue was never resolved and the dealership stopped taking my calls.

Called in on 12/16/21 to schedule a service appointment and the earliest they could schedule was 1/4/22 @ 7:45AM. On 1/4/22 I Checked the truck in and got an uber home. Upon returning at 3:14PM to grab something out of the truck I was taken to the back lot. The truck had a mat and seat cover, I figured diagnostics have been completed and was waiting on parts? I return the following afternoon on 1/5/22 to discover from another advisor that my truck has not even been looked at, they checked it in and drove it straight to the back lot. At this point i am not sure what a "scheduled appointment" is ? The truck was in the back lot for over 28 hours with nothing done to it. Needless to say i pulled the truck out of service on 1/5/22 as it can sit just as good at my house as it does in the back lot. Worst experience i have ever had with a vehicle and service by far !

I tried to trade my truck Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Launch Edition to a 2015 Porsche Carrera 911. After appraising my truck $53,800.00 below trade in value Kelly Blue Book value of $61,000.00, I'm fine with it I bought this truck from same company Motor City Lexus Bakersfield. I was trying to do the trade because I started having issues with the truck. I started inquiry on the Porsche 9/24/2021. Andres M***** Sales was communicating with thru text on 10/4/21 he reachout to me and asking me thru text message if I'm still interested with the Porsche? I replied yes sameday. 10/5/2021 asked him if I can see the car he stated it's not ready. 10/7/2021 called to follow he stated cars has not ready. 10/8/2021 I went to the dealership salesman Andres M***** had my truck for Appraisal around 10:30am. 2:52am he started sending me pictures of the car and he run my credit and my wife 3:38 PM I received a text from salesman Andres M***** stating "Hey moe looks like we have to pause the process for now I apologize. The C.O.O of the company had it reserved. Doesn't mean that's it's sold however he does want to check it out tomorrow morning. I'll keep you posted" I called him and asking him why did you run my credit? He referred me to Chris A***** his manager and also made statement I can't do anything because I'm just the sales person. Ted to reach out to Manager Chris A***** but refused to answer my phone call and text. Tried to called dealership number and talk to operator and she informed me she will try to connect me to a manager place me on hold 5mins but when she got back in the line she informed me that the manager will call me. No one called me.
