I began the paperwork in 2018 to trade in my vehicle at this dealership for a Nissan Versa, but totaled my car before it could happen- Ever since then, I have been receiving calls 4-5 times a year, sometimes more, from the dealership asking me how I'm liking my Nissan. Despite telling them what happened, and their many guarantees to put me on their "Do not call" list, that return call comes just weeks later. Last time I was called, The manager Jesus quite rudely laughed at each of my gripes, that his guys were not only lying to me, but wasting my time with each repeated explanation of my situation. He came across as absolutely narcissistic, and I really hope nobody else makes the mistake of walking into his office. They are obviously engaged in some sort of fraud, where they have some car marked as being sold to me, and one of their very own guys had to have seen it was still in the lot and stolen it- there are very few alternative scenarios that would have allowed this car to stay in my name, aside from the fraudulent purposes I believe have been in action by the employees at Metro Nissan of Redlands. Buyer beware.

The most dishonest company I've ever met. When my wife bought her 2014 Nissan Versa still under Warranty it stated to fall apart, the console was loose, so the Metro Nissan deal insisted to sell her 2 small bolts for $64. dollars, not cents, each. The manager told her they were 'special bolts'. 4/2021 We had the oil changed and brakes changed by a professional auto shop. I saw the new brakes go on to the car. Two weeks later we took it to the dealer about the transmission. With the report they told us we need new brakes very badly and our car is very low on oil. 3/10/22 One head light bulb burnt out. it can be changed in less than 2 minutes. Pop the old one out, pop in the new one. Easy to see right in front of you. The bulb cost $30.00. I made an appointment with Metro Nissan of Redlands to see what they would say the cost would be. $300.00 because they had to analyze the problem and take the entire front bumper off to change the bulb that is plainly insight. $300 for a 5 min job. The high mount 3 brake light was out to so I ask then to give me an estimate for that $175. Again, pop it in and out, with a new product for $75. They try to get e ery penny they can from you by constantly lying.
