What an unethical business! Toyota should be ashamed to represent them. Where oh where do I start?I am from MS, and worked a deal with ************************* and ************************* a this lot in CA. I told them I have been burned in times past doing a car deal where a lot told me the car was mine, then recanted. **** told me this was not the way freeway does business and assured me when we agreed on numbers, the car was mine. On 4/10/24 we agreed on numbers, all the paperwork emailed. I got a loan from my local bank and paid an auto transport company. Paperwork was set to be fed exed this morning 4/11/24. Then I get an email from **** saying the car is no longer available. He was gas lighting my husband and I. When we called him he said his ** ****, didnt approve the deal. But yesterday **** was not in the equation. Today now that they sold the car, changed their mind, whatever it is that came may be its someone elses fault (****). And they were rude and arrogant about it! MIND BLOWING!Upon looking on the better business bureau website, it seems this same exact scenario happens often. And the ** **** is officially named in almost all the bad reviews. I cannot understand how anyone can do business this way and sleep at night. I could never! EVER!So now I have paid an auto transport company, spent two days of my life getting a loan from my local bank, gotten wire transfers ready to go all to be told they changed their mind. THIS IS A LIVING NIGHTMARE. There is not two sides to this story. It is what happened and they are UNETHICAL.??
