Whoever answers the phones at A&R is extremely rude. After they did not show up during the initial appointment window, I called the A&R office. A&R provided an excuse saying they were extremely backlogged and ***** scheduled the appointment without confirming it with their office. (sounds bogus but I accepted it at the time) We rescheduled for the next week. (now 3 weeks since my dishwasher broke) On the day of the second appointment, the technician did not show up. I called the office and the lady wanted to reschedule again. When I complained that I had taken time out of my day twice to wait for them and get no-showed, she started yelling at me over the phone. I hung up on her and contacted *****. ***** rescheduled ANOTHER appointment for me so I did not have to deal with the rude lady. Ultimately, A&R got a technician to my house after 3 missed appointments and 5 phone calls to the office. The technician was knowledgeable and got the job done. Overall, their scheduling and the rude lady in the office made this experience horrible.
