Called AQS for a maintenance inspection of our heating and air conditioning units. Line was busy so made an appointment on their website. AQS called the same day to confirm date chosen. AQS technician contacted me on day of service to provide arrival time. The technician was courteous and respectful. He explained the maintenance inspection service that was to performed. Afterwards, he provided a detailed written report and reviewed everything with me to my satisfaction. AQS followed up with me later to get my feedback. I would highly recommend AQS for heating and air conditioning services.Review from michael f

Fantastic service from start to finish! Sunday night and air goes out- ugh! Call AQS and get the answering service. Explain my situation and representative was excellent. She explained what my options would be. Appointment set up for Monday between 8a-12p. Monday at 7:55AM receive a text that technician, Armando, is 5 minutes away. Armando gets right to work. A few minutes later he's diagnosed the issue and it's repaired toot sweet. Great job by all involved. Thanks AQS!Review from Jill A

Excellent customer service. The owner understood my situation when my air conditioning broke. I have 2 kids, 3 dogs and live in the desert in 115 degree heat. There were flexible payment arrangements. He sent technicians out in a couple of days, that worked nearly and friendly in smothering heart. I got five estimates and he gave me a honest and fair agreement. This company is honest.Review from Michael D

San Jacinto location provided AC service to Rental Property in Hemet. Called in on Sunday with AC out during heat wave. Came out first this Monday morning and AC was back in operation by professional technician. I will use them in the future.Review from Umapathi R
