      Horrible Experience!! I purchased a used truck a few weeks ago. The first test drive when I started the engine from a cold start it ran extremely rough for a few minutes but then was fine, I was told it had just arrived & hadn’t been through an inspection yet but would be taken care of. A few days later I received a call that the truck was ready if I was still interested. This time when I drove it the engine was warm so it ran fine but I asked if the problem was resolved, I was told yes it was a bad mass air flow sensor & we replaced it. I made the purchase that day, but every time it is started from a cold start the same problem occurs. I then stopped at the service department about a week later & explained the problem & made an appointment. After leaving I received a call that my salesman said they will not cover this because there was no warranty on the vehicle, I explained this problem was present before the purchase. After talking to a few people they told me they would take care of it. When I picked it up after the appointment, again was told it was a bad mass air flow sensor & they replaced it ??. The next morning again same issue & I called once again. At first I was told to bring it back but again received another call telling me this… We will run another diagnostic on the vehicle & if it comes up as the mass air flow sensor again we will take care of it, however if that’s not the diagnosis we get you are responsible for not only the repair but the cost of running a diagnostic. I will never spend another dime at Guess motors!!!! I also tried multiple times to write this review on their website but it conveniently wouldn’t post.

      Guess motors sold me a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Sahara for about $37,000 after financing. I put down $10,000 and I drove 1.5 hours to get it . I never saw the vehicle but Mike the owner/salesman had to sign a letter to say I was buying it so no one else could sell it. Being so excited about it I did. He would not budge on the price . So here I am 6 months later , a certified pre-owned vehicle that leaks water every hard rain and get my carpet mats wet … and they told me to bring it back (3 hours total ) to see it. So I drove back and they saw no issue cause they ran a “high” powered hose and was told oh when the door is open that how the water goes. And was told “well we are not a jeep dealer”. Now they want to take my vehicle to their dealership again for a few days and try to fix it . Mike says that’s the best they can do? I asked if I could take to a Jeep dealer who knows Jeep and they pay for them to fix or inspect it . That’s not good enough .. i called the warranty place on it and this is not covered. So why is it certified pre-owned when I feel like I got a lemon? I did not receive a car fax **** I only had a half tank of gas and had to get gas on my way home. $37,000 and $10,000 down and this is service? I could of bought any vehicle brand new … I wanted everyone to be aware they say “certified “ Pre owned but don’t even provide anything to back it . I feel Like there should be some type of legal action on this
