            Took car in after my water pump died on me. Service was very slow, and it took almost 3 weeks to get car back. After I did get car back, found numerous issues, under the hood. I have a power steering hose just laying loosely inside as well and could be a major safety violation. A bracket and a 6-inch bolt that were found lying loosely on top of washer fluid box. Exposed wiring that was not fixed. 2 screw holes, that a part is to be, but nothing there?? Also, was anything left unattached that may have fallen out when I started to drive car again off their property?? Basically, very unhappy with how long they had car and then them being willing to turn it back over to me the way they did.

            I will never visit this dealership again in life. Since December 2022 & (2) vehicles, $42k later & the vehicle I purchased has been into service (6) times since Sept 30th 2023. I have had to purchase tires for the vehicle that came with bad tires and the truck still rides incorrectly to the point that where I can’t drive it until I get it into somewhere to get looked at because of safety reasons. Ford has made a very bad truck and has made it hard for technicians to repair them. I am so disgusted at this point. ??. This situation is starting to take an emotional toll on me. It is very stressful to have to keep continue to go to the dealership week after the week I need my vehicle for this has created a very unpleasant situation for me. I will never buy another or I will never visit AutoNation Ford North Canton.
