I am building house.I made advance deposit of $5k on Nov 10th and then I paid $10k on Nov 30th and $9135.74 on Dec 30th.The item that is highlighted on page one of the ******** file "Barn Track Flat Black With Rustic Kit" was never delivered nor received by me. I have asked AAA Doors to look into it and today they have clearly told me they are not going to bother checking into this now and it is 6 months old and hung up the phone call on me. I was talking to ******************************* and he is the one hung up the call. Then I called **** the owner of AAA Doors and he told me the same thing. AAA Doors also owe me money $756 credit invoice that was issued in Feb 2022 but unfortunately they never issued the credit until I started complaining and asking for $210.00+GST Credit on the product that was never delivered. This Barn door track was never needed until the house lockout time (Completion time), so there is no way I would have asked AAA Doors to deliver the barn door track 6 months in advance. AAA Doors cheated me and sneaked in additional item charges that were not requested, nor delivered. I have bought the barn door track today from the Moulding Store and I did not need it until now.
