Worst Shopping Experience !!! I ordered online badminton shoes and a badminton racket on 28th July 2022, and the amount is already paid. After 15 days on 12th Aug 2022, they cancelled the order. The reason for cancelling is why I enquired about the status of delivery in an email ticket to the store They responded you haven't read the terms and conditions so we have cancelled your order. In Summary, they wasted my 15 days. Clearly mention how many days you will take to ship custom or regular orders, if it takes more than half a month period at least mention to the customer in your terms and conditions. Don't mention in ambiguous terms it will take long.

Your order was canceled because you lied to us. You claimed to have agreed to the Terms of Service, but later admitted that you did not. When it becomes apparent through their words and actions that customers do not intend to abide by the Terms of Service, all transactions cease immediately. In the future, please do not order from us if you do not intend to abide by our Terms of Service. That way you will not be wasting your time or ours.Review from Omar H

I went into the shop for the first time today was met by a Gentleman I asked his name he said call me Coach he asked if I had a appointment I said No I am looking for a Badminton racket for me Son. He said best is to make a appointment I did it for the same day once my Son was out of school we went to the shop and met Coach. He asked my Son a bunch of question and then brung out some rackets and helped my Son choose the right racket for his type of play. Coach is not there to sell you the high price racket he is there to get the right racket if it cost $49 or $249 he is first class I will always go back to Coach. Great **************** !!Needed a new badminton ********************** for my son and after a ****** search decided to try Racquet Network. Booked an apt which was easy and was able to get in within a couple of days. We were greeted by Coach who helped us out. With my son being fairly new to the sport we were not sure what he needed. Coach was great in helping him find the right racquet. Asked my son questions which helped narrow it down. He was great!!. Having booked an apt we had Coach's attention all to our own and we did not feel rushed. We will definitely keep going back for my son's future Badminton needs.Racquet Network Inc. Response

Went here to get the strings on a Squash racket restring. I've had this racket for some time it believed it was time. Coach was VERY informative, After a few qualifying questions he was able to see an opportunity for myself to upgrade the Racket for one that immensely lighter and a massive improvement to my existing one while still being in budget. Definitely will be coming back for years to come.I have since then used the new racket, and WOW. What a difference that made. Thanks COACH! Already referred most my friendsRacquet Network Inc. Coach Brent was quite helpful and allowed me to pick the racquet that was right for me based on the demo program. Great selection of sizes in wide shoes, but sadly no idea of customer service, in email I was insulted by employees who claimed to have sent shipping information and a ****** **** tracking number. Neither were sent. It is now more than two weeks since I ordered and no shoes topped by not just bad, but personally insulting service. Never again.Racquet Network Inc. Response

Every request for information you submitted was answered within a few minutes. Even when you were insulting, hostile and an a complete jacka**, our staff and our auto-responders provided clear answers and instructions. It is not our fault that you do not know how to manage your email or check your spam folder. Clearly, you are not qualified to use the internet and should just stop. Please don't order from us -- or any other online company -- ever again.
