  • On June 5, 2017, BBB contacted GetAssist Inc. in regard to a pattern of complaints and customer reviews surrounding their automatic renewal policy, the fee for leads as well as lack of communication from the company. Representatives from the company met with BBB on June 7, 2017 to discuss the concerns. The signup process was discussed and material was provided to show that the company is transparent about the automatic renewal as well as the fee for leads. The company will be implementing a new renewal program at the end of June 2017, which should alleviate any ongoing issues. The company also stated that they have full time staff in place to answer any customer service inquiries. BBB is satisfied with the responses provided by the business, and will continue to monitor.
