**** and the men at Niko Roofing are experts in our opinion. They are careful, thoughtful, on time and when they find something wrong (as they did with our project), they follow through and fix it properly.No messes left; as they clean up as if this were their home.They had to collaborate with a structural engineer for the fix and there was no problems with that relationship.We dealt with Niko Roofing for several months due to the problem they found and when finally fixed, we could not have been happier. We are so thankful that we chose them for our project. They don't try to run up the pricing and they do an excellent job. We highly recommend Niko Roofing.

Niko Roofing took over the insurance claim to replace the roof, siding and eavestrough. Incredible work and service received by Niko Roofing. **** is formidable to work with along with his crew. **** and his crew provided amazing handiwork and always kept us informed about the repairs work.Our home looks fabulous. You cannot even tell it was a construction site as they left our property sparkling clean.If you want a company that will stand by you, while providing superior handiwork, Niko Roofing is the company to go with!You will not be disappointed.Niko Roofing Response

A friend of a friend gave us, my wife and me, Niko Roofing information when we were looking to repair the roof of the house, which had already many years and was looking damaged.We called for a free estimate and the next day an estimator came to look in the morning, gave us brochures and information about supplies to use and the pros and cons of everything, and by the evening we had two estimates with two options to choose from, taking into consideration that we are two retired senior citizens. We were surprised positively about the cost of the work, and we responded by email with our approval for one of the options.We promptly received email that the supplies will be delivered to our house, and this happened on the day promised,Later we agreed on a date to execute the work, and in the morning of the day chosen they came, did the work, finishing touches and verification that everything was done, picked up the removed old roof, checked thoroughly for nails and broken metal in the grass and deck and we had a new roof for the house.We totally recommend Niko Roofing as a company that guaranteed their work and deliver everything agreed and promised, with a fair price for an excellent service.Odette and ***********************. **** was recommended by some of the people in my community when we were looking at getting out roof re-shingled. I sought out several quotes, and ***** was competitive and has an excellent reputation in *******. **** was quick to follow up with a date they could start and was only delayed one day because of the weather. Vlad the owner communicated through email and text which was really helpful. The whole roof took one day with his team, and everything was done and cleaned up by 5:00 pm. I was very impressed. The roof looks great, I loved the varied shingle selection, so was able to pick a colour and design that looks great. Overall, very happy with our decision to go with this company.Review from Mark P

Niko Roofing recently re shingled our roof. Everything was done in a professional manner from the promptness and quality of the estimate and backup documentation through to installation and cleanup. Excellent job, well done.
