We have known *** for 4 years and recently asked him to be our realtor to assist us with the purchase of our first home. We are so glad we did! We looked at homes with *** for about 4 months and he was responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the process. *** really shined when it came time to put in our first (and last) offer. Given how hot the market is, we were prepared to lose multiple house offers and pay more than we originally wanted to in order to get into the market. Thanks to ***, we didn't experience either of these things. *** was incredibly knowledgable in the offer and closing process, gave us amazing advice, worked quickly, and ensured the offer we put in was competitive and in our best interest. Rob Johnstone Rob is an outstanding Real Estate professional. Not only he is experienced and knowledgeable, but also strategic and very thorough. I dont think I exaggerate when I say selling my condo was a challenge, because it was, for many reasons too long to itemize here. *** took the challenge and guided me through a very complicated process with patience and care. Hi dedication and commitment were key. I cant thank him enough for the work he did. And I will recommend him with absolutely no hesitation to take care of your Real Estate business. When I decided to sell my house, a friend recommended Rob Johnstone. From the very first meeting it was clear that *** had intricate knowledge of the real estate market. He was able to provide a comprehensive breakdown of comparable homes in order to set a competitive selling price. Even though the house was not selling at first due to uncertainty around constant mortgage rate hikes, he was adamant based on market valuations of similar homes that we could get our desired price. Once the rate hikes stopped and the weather improved, *** reached out to hold an open house at the most opportune time. Patience paid off as we were able to get 2 offers, both well over listing. As soon as the sale of my house was complete, *** immediately went to work to help me find a new condo. He quickly provided a shortlist of condos that suited my preferences and we went out every day looking at many listings. When nothing was standing out at first, he broadened the search and from there we quickly found a perfect match. Once I decided to make an offer, *** negotiated a great ********** below listing. I would strongly recommend *** for anyone looking to buy or sell.
