    1.***** AT ****** STAIRS: The floor at the top of the stairs is literally sunken in. It makes an awful squeaking sound, and feels like the floor is literally caving in when walked upon. I'm not even sure how safe it is. 2.STRUCTURE: Right above that area on top of the wall to the main bedroom door there is a large crack in the building. If I called an inspector in, I wonder what he would say?3.FRONT ******* BACK YARD: The outside front gate does NOT open and close properly, as it has sunken drastically since it was put up. It won't lock, which is a security risk the back yard.4.MAIN ***** BATHROOM CABINET: The bathroom cabinet on the main floor is disgusting, it's dilapidated and discoloured, water stains, etc. And I did mention to ***** that I was going to remove it.5.KITCHEN SINKS: The kitchen sinks were both plugged and it took the plumber hours to fix these!6.CHANDELIERS: The chandeliers are both filthy, not just dust, but caked on filth from not being cleaned for years. 7.BLINDS: Most blinds did not pull up and down properly. I had to adjust many of the 'pull strings'. The one in the Kitchen, however, I could not adjust. It simply did not work, no matter what I did.8.VENT ON ***** HOOD: The out air vent on the range hood (on top of the stove) is plugged with a bird's nest! And that is not healthy!9.LINOLEUM *****: All linoleum floors are filthy, old dirt fills the grooves everywhere, especially near the walls/baseboards. I have spent hours cleaning the floors, and still have many more hours to complete it. And the nerve of one of your employees to say:"We have had showings since then, so that may be why there is extra dirt."My ****, this person has NO idea how filthy this floor is. And spoke to me like I didn't know the difference between walked-on shoe dirt and caked on **** from years of not cleaning properly! Unbelievable !10.DRYER: The piping to the outgoing vent on the dryer, in the laundry room, was "disconnected". I realized this when the room was warming up very fast, and 'lint' was blowing out from under the dryer all over the room. (Of course I had to repair this.)11. Garage. I can't even begin to describe how filthy it is. I don't even dare go in there as I am afraid of what diseases I may pick up off the floor. We will have to power wash it down once all our property is out of it. And who knows if there may be mold under the stairs or anywhere, for that matter. Again a health risk.UNFORTUNATELY, I had signed a lease before I did the walk through, and even doing the walk through, I wasn't looking as closely as I was told it was "professionally cleaned." I was looking for everything, and it is impossible to pick up everything when you are checking a huge home for the first time. I am wondering what lurks in the carpets, now that I know how unkept and filthy this home is. I am not sure if I may pick up a disease or whatever. If I get sick, you can be assured I will *** this company to the utmost for health reasons!Don't you EVER tell a client a home is professionally cleaned when it is not! Your company obviously knows nothing about professional cleanliness! And these photos are just a small sample from the filth I have cleaned up! It's atrocious.

    Dear *****, We would like to start with an apology that the home was not prepared to your standards when you moved in. You have also shared your concerns with our company in an email letter, which we will respond to in-kind to address your itemized complaints. We are a company that focuses on respect for people and caring for the properties we manage. We are only able to control and manage the issues we are made aware of and could not predict some of the issues that arose when you moved into the home. For us to take care of the homes we manage (and your concerns), we need to be notified of the issues and allowed time to remedy those issues. Respectful communication between all parties is expected and required. Our staff will treat all tenants, vendors, and clients professionally and with respect, and our staff deserve the same treatment in return. Aggressive behaviour towards our staff is not warranted, nor does it help us deal with the issues at the home. Instead, it puts up barriers to communications, impeding our ability to care for the home and resolve your concerns promptly. You are always welcome to contact me directly at the office or my cell (I left you my cell # on your voicemail), as I welcome the opportunity to resolve your concerns and continue amicably for all parties.
