Bought $100 worth of gift cards for a gift the day before petro-canada was cyberattacked. The gift cards obviously were never activated. After multiple phone calls, customer service finally set up a case file to finally deal with the problem. After supplying a copy of my receipt and pictures of the front and back of the gift cards, I was informed that they could not verify the purchase because the hangtag portion was not included in the picture. This is a month after purchase and 99% of the population removes that part so the card will fit in their wallet. As an "act of good will" they would reimburse half the price of the gift cards when their computer was fixed. 3 months after the cyberattack I was finally able to get my "reimbursement" in a form of a gift card AFTER I signed up for petro points to get the points to then get a gift card. The customer service account could tell me the gift cards were never activated but still ripped me off for $50.

Zero customer service. They sold me hundreds of dollars in faulty gift cards and won't do anything about it. Phone, email, webchat, every single time I've contacted them they hang up, end chat immediately, or don't respond. It's infuriating. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life.

************ ** * ********** *******. As I bought a 90-day season pass for the car wash online, a few weeks later their website/mobile app has not been active as days of the pass get lost. Even reward points lost for customers. My complaint number with them is *******, as I have demanded a refund as they will only give a new card when I don't want to give any business to such * ********** company. Over $55 of Petro-Points is lost as well, as they don't want to reward customers for their lost reward points. I totally recommend to society to use other major stations where you can get ******* ****** ** *** *****. ************ ** * **** ****. They refuse to give a refund on my card as I have been dealing with them for over 2 months on this action. Don't trust Petro-Canada!

I filled my Wash and Go card (***************085) on February 2, 2022 with 8 washes, only to find out on April 9, 2022 morning when I went for a wash that I have 0 left despite using it only once during this time. I was lucky that nobody was behind me in line when I found out my card is empty even though it was supposed to have 7 washes left. The only car wash I'm using is the one located on * *** ***** ** ** ******** **** as it is the only one that has a touchless option that works and I'm the sole user of this card. After contacting Petro-Canada customer service, ******** *** replied that my card was used on **** ******** ****** *** *********** 4 times in March and 2 times on April 2nd the same day, even though I never stepped in *********** as I have no business there; I live in ******** ****. ******** also added the * ***** ********, ******* address as well for one wash despite me never being there. She didn't even bother to spread out the April usage to two days at least, instead of the same day, to make the **** legit, which is very sad. The least Petro-Canada could do, was put some effort in cheating their customer and I'm very disappointed with the sloppy work the company put in ******** me, which is why I'm only giving them 1 star instead of 5; I am insulted because they could at least made their racket look good and believable. To keep it simple, unless you have $60 to throw away, please avoid the Wash and Go card like the plague; I was ******* of $62.15 by Petro Canada Customer service and would like to let everybody know that Wash and Go card is a ****. DO NOT BUY !!! After 10 years of loyalty, I will never use Petro Canada unless an emergency arises and will only pay in cash for a touchless wash.

i have a petro points Card from petro Canada. Over the past few months, random deductions have been taking place in my account. I know the deductions are from *********** but neither ***********.com nor petro points will tell me what the transactions are about. I called today, november 19, to ask for a print out of all deductions (redeeemed points) and earned points, but petro points refuses to provide me with the information. Instead, they are telling me to contact *********** who has been ignoring my emails. All i want to know is where my points are going and what is going on?????
