            It is definitely a horrible experience with Walton . Just like any other scheme ; they let you make some money with the initial projects and when you felt it was safe and comfortable; they sold the projects with no returns. My registered retirement pension were fully invested into those non sense projects since 2005 and almost 20 years now ; it is worth only 30 percent from the RUC shares and this 30 remaining 30 percent might take another 10 years to be paid back . I will be too old to get this 30 percent back . These kind of risky projects should be be sold to the public and in fact the Canadian Government should take responsibility since they allowed these projects be RRSP and LIRA eligible . We should launch a lawsuit to have it recovered by the Canadian Government. Stay away from Walton and any raw land investment. They sold you the raw land that are likely 10 times more than they bought it for snd you sit on it for 20 years and get back half if you are lucky . A bunch of greedy snd despicable people using the grey areas to endanger the little average individuals.

            Walton has been operating for over 45 years buying land in the path of growth in major North American cities. In our rich history we have distributed well over $2.5 Billion (USD) back to our clients around the world. This $2.5 Billion would account for nearly 42,000 acres or 295 syndications of land sold to the homebuilders and developers across Canada and the U.S. A significant distribution of $26,339,936 was approved on November 16th, 2023, by the Walton-managed Roll Up Corporation and the distribution was made December 8th of the same year. This was RUCs sixth dividend paid to its shareholders since the formation of the entity and its second distribution in 2023. This represents an aggregate of $183,899,573, or $2.71 per share, distributed to shareholders to date. The distribution is a result of the efforts of Walton and RUCs continued success in the execution of its monetization strategy of land assets across North America.
