      Stay away from this company. Poor afterale service. I bought this expensive stone line frying pan. I never put it in the oven or Dishwasher, always use non scratch sponge to hand wash it, never use metal cookware and only silicon cookware. The non stick surface starts fading in about 3 years. Now it's less than 5 years and under 5 years warranty. **************** say that it's a frying pan but I can't use high heat on it and say it's not defective and would not honor the warranty.

      This customer did reach out to us regarding their frying pan saying the handle melted and the non stick coating is no longer non stick. They provided a picture of their frying pan and we explained they can ship it into us for the assessment, but explained due to the picture provided that it would most likely not be covered under warranty. We explained the issues they have experienced is due to usage and using high temperatures, which is not classified as a manufacturing defect. They are still encouraged to ship their frying pan to us for the assessment, even if it turns out that the following item may not be covered under warranty.

      I bought a brand new "Rocket Vac" 3 months ago, need a replacement filter for the motor compartment, they say they do not have it in stock! Instead, suggested that I buy another new machine from them! Being the only distributor in ******, how can they do not carry consumable parts for service?? What a rip-off! Never ever have any more dealing with this company!

      **** did reach out regarding about the small part for her product. Unfortunatly we do have the item in stock and are waiting for them to arrive to our business. Due to delays we are unsure of when the item will be in stock, which is why we suggested purchasing a new one as it would have the filter she's needing, and provided a discount code.

      Worst customer service I've ever had. I bought an I/Q Slim treadmill recent at our local home show. My wife and I tried out one of their demo models and it was great. After about 10 mins of negotiations, we secured a unit for $200 off asking price of $999. The sales person said that they would write demo on the receipt so his boss won't get mad at him. I was told by the salesperson that all warrantys would apply so I packed up the unit, loaded it up into my car and set it up at home. The next day turned on the I/Q Slim and did a work out. The unit worked great, as advertised. The following day I went down to use the unit and it wasn't working. I tried everything and the unit wouldn't work. After a couple of days I called Redfernent with the issue and the nightmare began. Their warranty says 30 day money back return and free repairs for a year. The first phone call was almost adversaral in tone. I was told that the issue was probably the remote control and they would send me a new one. After several calls back and forth it was determined that there was probably something else wrong with the machine and I would have to send it to them to have it fixed. When I asked for my money back as I was in the first 30 days they said that this policy did not apply to demos. I tried to explain to the rep that this hidden clause was never explained at the time of purchase not is that written on the receipt. I would never have purchased this unit if I would have know that. Now the real kick in the gut. While I was told they would do the repairs for free, I was responsible for the shopping to and from their office in *******. I live in Ottawa. They also told me that I would have to pay for return shipping. The shipping weight of this unit is approx. 35kg. The shipping costs to and from ******* would cost as much as I paid for the machine. And yet another hidden clause, if the unit isn't packed to their specifications I would incur another fee from them.

      Thank you for the feedback, ******. Our policies are written so that there is no misunderstanding. Due to the nature of the product, being a demo, refunds are not available. The one year warranty is still applicable for manufacturers defects and as a courtesy, the labor aspect is included. Shipping is the responsibility of the customer, which is also written on the policy.
