            We are participating in a ******* ***** ********** is offered by the federal government. The application includes using an approved vendor (in this case it is Verda Tech Inc.) to do a home energy assessment. The assessment is completed and then the vendor is to submit the materials to the NRCan Portal, to validate upgrades made to homes, making them more energy efficient.We had our initial assessment done by Verda Tech in ******* ****. We had some of the work done over the Winter of *******. Verda Tech came back to do a follow up assessment in May ****. Of course the work isn't finalized until Verda Tech submit their paperwork to the NRCan Portal. Verda Tech keeps telling us that they are having a problem with the NRCan Portal, and cannot upload our files. After multiple emails with Verda Tech the problem continues, and we cannot get them to complete their paperwork. We have contacted NRCan and they have assured us that there is no problem with their portal. This kind of service is absolutely unacceptable and we do not recommend this company to anyone.
