  The process was excellent. Started with an evaluation and diagnosis of the issue. We had a reading of 242 from the lung assn. test. The team showed up in a couple of weeks and were done that day. They covered the sump hole and created negative pressure in the weeping time. We were left with a monitor which shows that we are down since then to an average of 28 in the about week since the installation. The crew was clean, expert and non-obtrusive. MUCH APPECIATED!

  Fast and very caring service. Frank was excellent and professional. Matthew and Nick, the two technician who came to install the mitigation system, were respectful, polite, professional and thorough. They left our home in better shape. The mitigation pipe is a nice piece of work. We are happy with the installation within the house. And best of all, a healthier home.

  I'm incredibly happy with the service we received with Master Radon. Our service consisted of two visits - one to look at our house/basement, to identify likely hotspots and problem areas, test current numbers, and figure out the plan; the second was to install the system. During the first visit, we identified the sump pump opening in our floor was the problem, and during the stress test we were able to max out the digital testers. The install date went very well - in about 5 or so hours, the team was able to seal off our basement cavities, install the pipe and fan, and the drilling noises were minimal. The team was incredibly neat, left no mess, explained how to monitor the system, and did a very good job. Our numbers now are nearly non-existent - well below the Canadian "safe" ceiling. I never thought this would be a problem we'd have to worry about, but Frank, James and team did such a great job, *** * ******** ********* ****. Our long-term test was around 468, our stress-test numbers were 2000+, and our numbers after install (date of writing) are 19! Absolutely incredible!

  Radon levels in my basement averaged 1800 Bq/m³, and about 800 Bq/m³ on the main level—likely due to furnace air circulation. While running 24/7 ventilation helped somewhat upstairs, nothing I tried made a significant impact on the basement levels.
  That’s when I reached out to Master Radon. Within a couple of days, they came by to assess the situation. We had a thorough discussion about radon, during which they provided helpful advice to manage things in the meantime, and we scheduled an installation for their Radon Mitigation System. Given my setup, Frank recommended an exterior system that would connect the suction pipe to my existing weeping tile—an approach he felt would be most effective.
  The installation crew showed up on time, completed the job despite terrible weather, cleaned up beautifully (seriously—AMAZING job!), and the final cost matched the original quote exactly. Within just 48 hours, radon levels dropped to 11 Bq/m³ in the basement and 12 Bq/m³ on the main floor. Since that time I'm averaging an exceptionally low 5-6 Bq/m³ on both levels. Honestly, I hoped for improvement, but these results blew me away!

  Our system from Master Radon brought our levels down from over 1,000 Bq/m3 to about 25. Both during the initial inspection and instillation, the staff were good about fielding our questions and addressing our concerns. Very professional work all around.

  We had Master Radon install our Radon mitigation system. It went better than expected. I was worried about the venting outside, as there wasn't a whole lot of room to run the piping. It turned out excellent, it blends in nicely and it is not noticeable. No mess left behind after the job was completed within 4 to 5 hours.
  Our readings weren't has high as some listed in the reviews, but still averaging in the 350 bq/m3 range. Within 30 hours the readings dropped down to 16 to 24 bq/m3 on average.

  The entire process was smooth, from diagnostics to installation. The professional and friendly crew found where radon was entering my home in no time. Then, despite snowy conditions and a frozen ground, they were able to put in the mitigation system with what I perceived to be relative ease. The same day the mitigation system went in, my levels started to drop. Within a day, levels had dropped to below 100 bq/m3 from about 400-600 bq/m3. The company is busy because it really does care about doing the best job for you. There's a reason Master Radon has been doing this for as long as it has.

  Frank and the boys did a great job. Work was neat and tidy and installed components also look neat - attention was paid to making sure the system looked as good as possible. We went from readings in the thousands to readings around 50 bq. Happy with the work.

  We had an excellent experience with Master Radon from the evaluation process right through to the installation. Installers Tyler, Tyler, and Eric arrived promptly in the morning and worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job in half a day. The mitigation system is performing as advertised, reducing the radon radiation levels well below 100 Bq/?, better than the WHO recommended levels.
