            We built a house with Crawford with possession date of August 10 2021. In January 2023, we received a letter from *** stating that there has been a lien placed against our house by ******** ******** *** ******* because Crawford Homes refused to pay them. I reached out to the owner of Crawford Homes in January and he asked if I would give him a couple of weeks to get this taken care of. I said I will call back in two weeks to ensure it has been. I called back as I said I would, and he will not take my calls nor does he call back. I have emailed the Customer Care Team with Crawford and have been advised the owner required more time. I have been requesting an update frequently since January and advised the receptionist in April to leave the owner a message that I would be filing a complaint if the issue is not resolved by May 1st. I am looking to have the lien removed from my property as it was not our contract that was violated with ******** ******** *** *******.
