The refund of deposit money $17,050 still not provided even after we signed mutual cancellation contract 2.5 years ago dated 5th Jan 2019 and the property sold by M2 more than a year ago. In July 2020, he (M2) offered me 4 postdated cheques to give us surety for the refund of deposit money. I have deposited all those 4 cheques so far BUT all of them returned due to insufficient funds in M2 bank account. *********************************** I also tried to solve this issue and gave him option to do some construction work for me instead refunding deposit money. But he did not response positively even after waiting for more than 2 months he wasn't able to provide the cost of that construction work and later stop replaying for phone calls & text regarding that option.I am requesting immediate action in this case and please help me getting my deposit money $17,050 back as soon as possible.Business response

He contacted you in Feb 2022 and mentioned that he will working out the refund options and send me agreement to sign, but till today I did not get any agreements to sign. I have received few e transfers from him but not full amount yet. I am trying to contact him almost everyday but he is not replaying to any of my phone calls. Please help me out in getting all my money back as soon as possible. Thank you, ****************
