I paid for a whiteboard ad $785.35 November 2023. They were not delivered by end of January 2024. I have called and sent email inquiries multiple times with no response. I last called on May 14 and the number was no longer in service. I strongly recommend not dealing with this company and now have to try to get my money back.

JDS Media Contract I was contacted by JDS Media about the opportunity to run an ad at ************* Showing a seven second ad for six months with over five hundred showings per day at a cost of $795.00. I was told to pay $397.50 for half the cost. 11/12/2023. I was told JDS Media forgot to include the tax. I paid $500.85 12/22/2023. I contacted my marketing company to create the ad which we sent off to them. JDS Media sent the file back for approval. I made a change and sent it back. In the meantime, I was promised by ************************* on Sun 2023-11-05 9:01 PM. The screen is already installed at our ******** location, feel free to pop in and take a look at it!As of March 8, ***************************************** the screen just got installed, screen is not running. Its been four months now. I asked for my money back numerous times. I was offered another location in ******. I contacted them and said the screen has been broken for over a month. I asked for my money back again. I was offered another screen in Burlington. I went to Burlington and the screen was up with my ad. I spoked to ************************* with broken promises. Sent an email to ********************************* and ***************************. I worked with *********************************** with more with broken promises.I have had 35 emails/conversations.Do not deal with this company, they will take your money and make multiple promises.

We were contacted by them with the opportunity to run an ad at our local ************* we had our marketing company create the ad which we paid for and sent it off to them. We were sent a picture of where the ** is in the restaurant and all the details of how long it will run ect. We went in a few weeks later for lunch and to see the ad, it was not running the ** showed a picture of a beer bottle. I inquired about the ad that was suppose to be running and the employee said she had never seen that ** run anything but that beer bottle and they don't even have that beer. I connected with the manager and they said the ** doesn't work. I called JDS again and explained what I saw they called me back and said oh no no they are missing a piece to the ** and once the ** was up and running our ad would be running. I waited another month dropped into the ************ again and spoke to the manager who said they had been trying to get a hold of JDS to remove the ** but no one is getting back to them. I have sent emails and called multiple times and I am getting radio silence. I sent an email to my rep *************************** who finally called me back to let me now that the big boss **** was going to call me the next day and if he said he's calling me he will do it for sure. That was back in March and I have called back once a week since then and have still heard nothing. Do not deal with this company they will take your money promise you the world and not deliver. I do not know how else to make contact with this company to get a refund.
