Back in Nov 22 we were approached to have an add put up at our local ****** ***** we paid our marketing people to have our ad created and sent it to start having it run. In March we went over to the restaurant for lunch and were excited to see the ad and noticed that the TV that it was suppose to be running on what not on. We took a picture and sent it over asking what was happening. We got a call back saying there was a part missing from the TV and as soon as the part got fixed our term would start from then for the year long advertisement. April 26th I went back in to see how the ad looked and make sure everything was working property and the manager let me know that they were talking to the company to have the tv taken down they did not want it up anymore. I then contacted the company and asked for compensation as my ad was not running and would never be running and also compensation for the money spent to create the ad. After many email and call attempts I finally received a call back from Michael my rep in May who let me know the "big boss" was going to call me the next day and I am still waiting on the call. I followed up again on June 1st saying I still haven't heard back. We are now July 5th and I have called and left a message once a week since then with no luck.Initial Complaint

We entered into a contract with JDS media to have advertising on screens at the ****** ***** in Waterdown, Ontario and paid in full January of 2020. Covid hit shutting down restaurants prior to the creative work being done. We asked for our money back and they cried hard times and asked us to just delay starting until the restaurants could reopen to patrons and we obliged. For a year and a half we have been attempting to get them to do the creative work and eventually the lack of communication/correspondence left us frustrated and we requested our money back. We have received no response. No answer to emails, voicemails etc. Look at their google reviews - this is a terrible company with a poor track record. They should not be allowed to be in business and continue to take advantage of honest hardworking people.
