This company suspended my account after I left them a negative review. I was in correspondence with technical support for a month for an issue that has been happening for at least two months. Their team had me going through different types of hoops and delayed responses as part of their weird power trip. Finally, after doing all their requests, they banned my account after I left a negative review on a company review board. No explanation, no reviews, no refunds.Review from Will B

I left a mildly critical, professionally written review of a performer's video because the audio quality and lighting were subpar. There were loud crackling noises and the video was grainy and dimly lit, so you couldn't see much. The performer deleted my review and blocked me, which is something ManyVids told me the performer shouldn't have had the power to do. Regardless, MV customer support refused to restore my review or allow me to re-publish the review. It's a blatantly dishonest business practice as it misleads customers into potentially purchasing poorly-made videos. For those who are considering purchasing videos on there, beware that an absence of reviews or a surfeit of positive reviews might still mean you get a subpar product.Review from Matt F

Customer service is non-existent. Cant login because it thinks im a bot, tried their support method to get in, didnt work. sent a support ticket saying i couldnt get in and that i tried their support article and more, sends me a copy and paste of their support article. They blame google captcha, but i can log into EVERY site i have that uses google captcha, just not theirs. They keep changing site layout, locations of buttons, urls, and more. Definitally no longer user friendly on either side. I see this domain being dead inside a decade.Review from James R

Poor costumer service! Don’t open an account with them. They will collect monies save your vids then ban you for no reason and you will loose any videos you have purchased. They will not review any login issues and give you some lame excuse about they reserve the right.Review from none n

I was promised videos in exchange for purchasing a 'toy' for a content creator, but it has since been 8 months from the time of purchase and I still haven't received a single video. I emailed MV support about the issue, stating that I have the proof in writing from the creator (clarifying the promise and the delivery of said toy), the proof of purchase of the toy, and everything in between. Apparently MV will only investigate payments made through their platform and won't do anything about it. So basically they are accommodating and defending scammers on their platform without any repercussions. Do not trust this website or any content creator without doing your due diligence.Review from Jules C

I was a creator on this platform, however I asked them to delete my account 6 months ago. In their Terms of Service, once it’s confirmed by their customer support that your account is closed, it will no longer be visible and no one will be able to purchase your content. I found out recently that they never deleted my account and kept it up while still allowing people to purchase my content without my knowledge, or quite frankly my consent. Now, my account is finally deleted, but they refuse to even give me the little money I had made on the account because it’s “under the minimum amount required to cash out” but they said “it’ll be there if you decide to reactivate.” I’ll never reactivate go sell content with this company again, so that money I earned from my content will never be paid out to me. Their support is useless and they clearly don’t care much about their creators.
