I joined Linknow in late December with a plan to get my website as a contender by late march with all the events taking place in phoenix such as the final 4 in April… they assigned me a contract manager named *** who misinformed me about the cost from the start… I spoke with someone the next day who made a reasonable offer for the mishap… would be $700 monthly… I paid about $4 or $500 for getting started late December and got my charge of $700 January 27th… 4 days later I was suspended by google for misleading information…. I myself do not do anything with the website or google account… I trusted this company and they got me suspended and tried to act like it was my fault… they wanted to tell me how they are posting on Facebook and Bing and other sites that I have no interest in… Google is the main search engine and the most popular… once I was suspended I tell them to just halt my account until they could figure out what went wrong… they tried to convince me that they should keep posting facebook and bing and whatever other sites in which I didn’t agree… anyhow it got resolved about 6 weeks later and when trying to discuss a reasonable strategy in going forth after I’d lost so much time with my boosting time for advertising… I spoke to ******* ***********… this guy wanted me to believe that he credited me a month… keep in mind… I paid $700 up front only to be suspended 4 days later for the companies mistake with google… yes they fixed it but why should I be held responsible for his mistake and charged for service that I did not want? This guy also told me on the phone on a recorded line that I had to make a decision the day I called him which was March 19th… I said hay **** let me think about this and call you ***orrow… He said no you are going to make decision now… I couldn’t believe it… he strong armed me into making a decision that day or he was going to pull the plug on my service immediately. Certainly feel racism attributed to this. I’m going to cancel
