Recently I bought two pairs of glasses at the same day, one from ********** and one from Iris. the reason I spent almost double price from Iris than from ********* is that their sales told me the quality of their lenses is the best comparing with other glasses stores. However, when I got my new grasses from Iris, it is heavier with thicker lenses than the one I bought from ***********. It costed me $1416 in Iris but only $693.89 in ************. For your reference, the cost I could get for a pair of glasses with the same brand of frame in *********** is $735. I was willing to pay the difference if I could feel any better about their glasses in Iris, but the result is opposite so extremely disappointed! In summary, I spent much more money and time in Iris but only bought their abstract concept of the best lenses. I did not get any more physical comfort from their glasses.Their sales in Iris could be very nice to their customer, but they have no authority so could not take responsibility for whatever they said to me, so I had to deal with her manager. it drove me crazy when talking to their tough manager Kelly because she treated me like a plaintiff and behaved like a defendant's lawyer when I told her that I was not satisfied with the quality of my new glasses from them. I really wish that people whoever need a pair of good quality glasses don't need spend so much money ,time and energy to deal with a glasses store like I did! Also, I wish get your assistance to get refund from Iris because their glasses is less conformable than the one I got from ************ but much more expensive!
