I like the products for use as casual wear. The quality of the **shirts and polos are less than superior but I find them satisfactory for every day wear when not being at social gatherings.Atlas for Men Response

CONSUMER PROTECTION - FRAUDULENT CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY ** Exceptionally ********************************** Refund In Nov. 2024, I purchased a Men's jacket, size Men's XL. ** was far to large for three different individuals who all wear that size. On Dec. 29, 2023, I initiated a return and was instructed by ATLAS FOR MEN cust. service staff to send it to A.F.M, (not the 3rd party Marketplace vendor who supplied the jacket.) The pkg. was received Jan. 4, 2024. ** is now 17 of May, 2024,. & I've made over 7-8 phone calls and at least 8-9 emails to the 3rd Party vendor, ********. Each time, I've been given ***************** tactics, (oh you must wait a further 10 days.) On 16-Apr-'24, an email arrived saying I'd get a refund but now HOW or WHEN, 2 more inquiries ensured on my part. Today I get an email saying they're refunding me $2.99. The order was $75.55 for the Jacket + tax = $78.54 PLUS.. I am out of pocket the RETURN SHIPPING of $22.00+ dollars. (They don't refund that.) The parent company ATLAS FOR MEN (AFM) has taken no responsibility (other than lip-service) to liaise with Pertumba to urge the refund. ** is my opinion due to the poor sizing of several clothing items I have ordered over a year or more, the sizing info in the catalogues /online are inaccurately depicted. Returns are a nightmare at the customer's expense. The company policy is THIRTY DAYS for a refund. My experience is now from 4-Jan to 17-May ** is my recommendation: DO NOT BUY from ATLAS FOR MEN, or any of their marketplace vendors. I shall share this complaint with any/every other service that offers CONSUMER PROTECTION. We are pleased to inform you that a refund of $2.99 for order (order no removed for privacy) has been issued. Jan 16 I spent enough at AFM (Atlas For Men) to enjoy free shipping. My credit information was input correctly and accepted, but there was no indication that my submission had been received. AFM did not indicate that it was necessary to create an account. But I tried it and it worked. AFM did not email confirmation of my order. I called their support line. The customer number I got online didn't match the one the agent had. They gave me a new customer number. The agent didn't understand my request for confirmation of my order. I gave up trying to explain. Jan 19, I received confirmation by email. I was not given a tracking number. Again I had to call support. At first the agent didn't understand my request for a tracking number, but eventually advised me to wait longer. Days later, a new link appeared on my AFM account page: A green link button read, "Track Your Order." I clicked on it and was taken to the *********** parcel tracking page. *********** had no record of the shipment. I wrote down the faulty tracking number and called support again. The agent assumed I wanted to place an order. When I was allowed to speak, I gave him the faulty tracking number. He said it must be a "Landmark Global" shipping number. I googled Landmark Shipping and entered the number. The data returned was, ************** Uploaded." The parcel was still in ******, **. The next day, tracking data showed "Processed" and "Grouped at Landmark facility" also in ******, **. I kept checking every day, but nothing changed. Incidentally, during this time AFM had emailed me the correct link to Landmark shipping. On Jan 31, my parcel was left on on my porch. I immediately tracked the package again online with Landmark, and realized that it offered virtually no interim shipping data. Time elapsed: 15 days. Sanity lost: incalculable.Atlas for Men Response

on 2 different occasions I have attempted to buy articles of clothing from this company. In both cases I completed the forms ,on line and proceeded to the check out. Buy the time I got to that screen the price of the articles had doubled. I cancelled the purchase and contacted the company.The company sent me an email assuring me that I was not being double billed by their system.In the second case I went on to their "chat" line. I explained what had happened and was put on hold but no response . I tried again and the operator suggested that I " purge" my computer and thus delete the double cost file ! At this point I left the site and decided to lodge this complaint.Please note: ********* at your ****** location has a copy of an email I sent to the company. In my opinion the company has manipulated the check out system and slowed it down by requesting a back code and then changing the price also please note that the phone # on the ****** web site is for an aircraft manufacturer ***********************Atlas for Men Response

Sizing is wrong. Far too big. Bought jacket and underwear according to their sizing and measuring table. Paid the full postage as the free shipping does not kick in at any time, some catalog items even cause and extra delivery charge. Free gifts and extra $10 off offers are not possible to get. Quality is rustic, but seems OK. Prices are good. Cost of returning makes a return un-economic. The Customer Service does not answer their phone in either French or English.
