I bought a Full Body Patient Lift Sling, Mesh with Commode Cutout, Medium by Drive Medical on ********* on January 5, 2023. After just 2 washes the stitches of the sling started coming apart. On February 8, 2023 I opened a case on the Drive Medical website about the defective product. Their customer service asked for my details, the invoice and the info on the product which I all provided to them. Then they simply went quiet. I asked them what's happening and they said they didn't get the invoice (which I emailed them as a PDF file attachment). I emailed the PDF again. They stayed quiet. I uploaded the invoice to my Dropbox and emailed them the link from which they (and anyone) can download the PDF with the invoice. We purchased a Drive bath seat for my wife on April 15, 2021 from ******** in Ottawa ON specifically because the box said it would hold a weight of up to 400 lbs. My wife weighs 302 lbs yet when she used it the legs bent and it is not safe to use. I contacted ******** who told me to contact ************* I emailed the latter who told me they didn't supply the seat but Drive Medical did. I then emailed Drive Medical who told me to contact ********. I emailed them back on October 18 that ******** had told me to contact them but they have not responded. ****************************************************************************************************************************************** Thank you for any help you can give me.Business response

We have contacted the consumer, and fully resolved this issue. - Drive Devilbiss respectfully requests this complaint be removed from the Better Business Bureau. Thank you very much.
