      I purchased an extra baggage allowance for my ********** flight through Flight Network before my departure. However, when I arrived at the airport, the airline informed me that there was no record of the baggage purchase in their system. As a result, I had no choice but to pay again for the extra baggage directly at the airport.
      Since then, I have been contacting Flight Network repeatedly for the past 1.5 months, seeking a refund for the duplicate payment. Despite providing all necessary documentation—including both receipts and my flight details—I have not received a refund or any clear update on the status of my request.
      This has been an extremely frustrating experience with very poor customer service and lack of accountability. I trusted Flight Network to provide the service I paid for, and instead I have been left out of pocket with no resolution in sight. I am posting this review in hopes of finally getting a proper response *** ******* ***** ********* ** ** ******** **** ******* ******** ******* ****** ********

      thought I was clicking on a link to airline and accidentally booked through this site. realized mistake and 10 minutes later still charged over 100$ to cancel flight that was 3x the price from airline site!!!!!!!

      ***** ** *** ********* I booked a flight by accident with Flight Network, when I meant to book directly with the airline. Since then every step has been a complete nightmare. Right now I have to cancel my flight and they are refusing to give me a credit when the Airline is more than happy to issue me a credit...all Flight Network has to do is call the Airline help desk!
      Now they *** ******** $5,000 dollars from me because they refuse to call the airline. I have been trying to reach a manager, since they have more ability to make these kinds of calls but the call center just hung up on me.
      There is no excuse to keep my money when the airline would issue me a credit.

      ** * ***** ***** ** ***** * ****** My word of warning is to be sure that you do not get sidelined to booking on this site. I was trying to book with the airline and one wrong click and I have lost hundreds of dollars and 5 hours of hold time on a "flexible" ticket purchase. Just the absolute worst experience from start to finish. * ****** **** ***** ********* *** ** when I called to add my TSA # and the agent had no idea what I was talking about. These 3d party sites are tricky and just horrendous.
