            We had a leaking pipe fixed by new Canadian a couple years ago above our basement kitchen. We have since renovated our basement kitchen. In April we noticed something was leaking again. We called new Canadian to come and assess and we found it was their previous repair that was leaking again when we were told This repair would last many many years to come. The plumber that came tried to ignore that this was their neglect and that it was another $8100 to fix. We reached out to new Canadian, and they sent a supervisor Shendon, who said the previous job was not done properly. New Canadian has made no effort to properly fix the pipe nor reimburse us for our new kitchen which had to be gutted. I have made numerous attempts to speak to the owner and they have all gone ignored.

            The start was a bad odour in the building for a few days and then toilets overflowing I contacted New Canadians. After a few questions to determine what might be the problem someone was on site within a few hours and the issue was diagnosed. The majority of the basement needed to be opened, drainpipes replaced, dirt out, gravel in and new concrete back in place. An entire crew was on site by 900 the next morning a & for 4 days working non stop. Although disruptive as I was operating 2 4 businesses throughout the time, the crew & everyone I have dealt with were professional, pleasant ,kind and worked frightfully hard. * ***** *** ******** ** ********* **** ** ********* ** **** I already am telling everyone about their excellent service !!
