Highly recommend the business. I used it twice now for our house ( many large/high up windows) as well as our commercial building. Very professional team. Excellent work ( attention to detail), very clean performance with minimal clean up after. Scheduling is done online with upfront quote and detail description of what will be done (no surprises). Really appreciate their professional approach. Will always use Paradisus Window Cleaning for our needs.Review from Ted M

We had our house washed on the outside, windows..inside and out done by a team from Paradisus....fantastic job! This was the first time in about 4 years and absolutely worth every penny! Our team was Yanal, Yahya, and Mohammed....very polite, helpful young men....they can be our team next year too! They arrived on time, worked steadily until finished. They helped me move some furniture that I couldn't handle on my own and they put it back. The process was explained as they worked through it. Thank you Paradisus....our home is shining inside and out!

Thankful job ! Thirty years ago, I would have considered washing windows and screens to be a waste of money seeing as I could easily do it myself. Now, thirty years later, watching the two service technicians doing it all, I realized my knees and stamina are no longer co-operative. We have a LOT of windows, many of them can only be reached internally and externally by tall ladders. The technicians showed up on time and were finished in 5 hours of steady work. I had thought this would be a on-off event, to clean the windows once, then do it myself yearly after. Nope!! I'm going to bring these guys back every year in the Spring. I'd rather have them do it! Also prefer to hold a Margarita rather than a squeegie!Review from Peter T

This company did a horrific job of cleaning our siding...it was left looking 100 times worse than before the job was done...when we contacted this company and told them we were not satisfied, we were told it was the best they could do!!!. The house looked like someone poured mustard all over the top of the siding..They tried to tell us that the siding was oxidized...NOT THE CASE!! We had to pay over $800 to have another company clean the disaster that Paradisus made, and they still want payment for a service that we are totally dissatisfied with and has cost us a lot of money to have this problem fixed, before we could list and sell our home. *************************************************************** **

I understand we did not meet your expectations. We tried our best, but you had some oxidation issues and deep stains within the finish of your siding that our cleaning methods could not remove for you. I am happy to hear you found a company that could provide those specialized restoration services for you. However, since we did provide the house washing services that you contracted us to do in full, and the underlying issues with your siding could not be assessed and worked on until the mold and other organic matter that was covering it up was cleaned away is why we still expect payment for our services. Hope you understand.
