I bought 6 sessions, and on the first day, a staff member set the machine to a low setting per their policy. Despite not feeling any sensation during the test, I trusted their process and proceeded with the purchase due to a promotion. Even after completing all the sessions, a lot of hair remains. I’m questioning if the settings or machine were appropriate. I raised concerns with the receptionist, who said the clinic manager would contact me, but she didn’t. I met the manager only after several emails. She agreed something was wrong after seeing my photo and asked why I hadn’t mentioned it earlier, although I had. The manager then instructed the technician to adjust the settings for the final sessions and promised a follow-up in 2 weeks. However, two days before the appointment, I was told the manager wouldn’t be available. I emailed to reschedule but received no response. Despite the technicians being friendly, the lack of communication and follow-through is disappointing. After 6 sessions, there was minimal hair reduction, with slight improvement only after the settings were increased. I wonder if starting with a higher setting would have been more effective. I spoke with a new manager on-site after leaving a review on a different platform, but the conversation was unhelpful. She said she couldn’t address my concerns and denied any record of my dissatisfaction, despite previous communications.
