I have tried to update my banking information but BMW says they can’t do it due to the financial institution number not being active. It is not active because the account was open on line. All other institutions don’t have any issues with preauthorized payments from my new bank account but BMW just won’t do it. On December 25 my payment was supposed to be postponed until January 20 but they still took the money out of my account leaving me with multiple NSF charges.Business response
