Thanks **** for the fabulous customer service. We had our tub installed within 2 weeks of signing the contract. The installers did an excellent job, and they were extremely respectful of everything. The whole installation took less than 1 day. We are very impressed with the tub and everything went so smoothly.I would recommend **** and his team to anyone. Our experience with **** and his staff from Walk-in Tubs Ontario Inc. has been exemplary from start to finish. After our initial meeting, we spent further time researching the competition and the manufacturers. We finally decided that the product from “****** **** Walk-in Tubs” out of *********** *******, specifically the Panorama model, was the one we wanted. ****’s installer’s have a vast amount of experience working with this particular line of products from ****** ****, so the final decision came easy. Our installers, ****** and *******, were beyond anyone’s expectations. The whole installation was done in one day, including dismantling the metal bathroom doorframe and part of one wall, then rebuilding it at the end of the day. Unbelievable. After four months of use, we can safely say that this walk-in tub is definitely high quality. We use it for both showering and bathing, plus the air jets were an important addition. ********’s physiotherapist advised her to use them everyday! From our experience, we can highly recommend Walk-in Tubs Ontario Inc. **** will simply tell you the hard facts of this industry. If you do further research, you’ll find out he was right.

I recently purchased a walk in tub from Mr. **** for my 82 year old mother who has difficulty walking and has no sensation in her toes (numb). She also has spinal stenosis. The tub arrived earlier then predicted which pleased her very much. The installers were very efficient and well mannered and kept us inform during the installation. They arrived a day before installation to make sure that it was the right tub for my mother because of her disability. Once installed they explained its function and made her try the tub so she can feel comfortable and independent. ****** *** ******* were extremely patient with us. She loves her tub and says it is the best investment she made. If you are thinking about purchasing one, do not hesitate to do so as it is a great investment to yourself or your loved ones.
