      Do not buy from the company, terrible costumer service, will not try help u if a mistake is made, if u receive wrong parts, it costs u the buyer to ship it back. U must find ur own shipping company and pay the cost. Terrible service and terrible company

      If I could give a zero I absolutely would. I specifically put in the year/make/model of my vehicle and ordered parts based on what they say would. I purchased brakes and rotors and they weren't even close. While I understand there are different size rotors for different models, I have not seen where any vehicle with my same year/make/model that these would fit. Upon calling customer service, I was told since it was past 30 days there was nothing they could do. Horrible customer service, horrible **********************, horrible experience and will NEVER purchase anything from this company again.

      I ordered parts on their website exactly to the specifications of my car. The website ensured that they were an exact fit, and they were not. I contacted customer service for a return label, because to return them it would be an additional $90. Their customer service representatives and supervisor argued that they were not at fault and that the customer is responsible for paying returning shipping costs. This company is a scam.

      Sent wrong wheel bearings for ******** They fell apart after 1 mile !!! then said it was my fault. The ad said would fit my vehicle. Now they are saying the bearings were for a 4 wheel drive. Mine is two wheel drive and say it exact fit. And they have done everything possible to not refund my money.. Worst place in the world to buy parts

      I've never dealt with such bad business, to this day I am still waiting for my refund that they still have not given me they sent me wrong parts and then try to charge me to send them back, this happened back in the beginning of August and I am still being jerked around I have video evidence that proves they are in the wrong they sent me the wrong product, and they did everything to try not to take it back they tried charging me to ship their mistake back to them. They've treated me like I lied made me send video evidence to them to prove my case I so want this in court this is financially costed me all from just ordering rotors for a car which ends up I have to turn my old rotors so I can at least drive my car till I purchase new ones because they refuse to send me the correct ones, they said I'd have to reorder? Why would I reorder from AutoShack if they can't send the proper parts, I proved to them that they are the wrong parts, and to this day I've not received a refund let alone the financial it costed me for the wrongdoings they didn't even try to make restitution let alone my bank is still waiting for my money they received their parts back, but still haven't returned my money, I've never been dissatisfied with no business in my life as much as I am them I cannot understand their tactics that they use, just to get out of refunding money for the wrongdoings they got their merchandise back and still refuse to give me my money I find that to be criminal, but they do owe me as I wait today... Sincerely a very dissatisfied customer, a warning to all don't count on them even when they say give me your VIN number to your vehicle and when I did that on video they still try convincing me that they're wrong parts are right so sad.. I will not ever order from them again let alone recommend them I am highly against this company for the way they've treated me and still to this day lack of payment back, while they collect interest on the money sitting, they won't return

      AutoShack are bunch of crooks. They are theives. I bought brake rotor set for my car from them after installation brake squeaking and squealing noise appeared when braking. I had to pay extra labor for technician to remove. I contacted AutoShack same day they refused to return and they know is defective because they admitted it in the message they sent me (We are sorry to hear that the Rotors and Brake pads has become defective)I had to buy another set locally and pay labor twice. Please do not buy products from them you are going to regret it. Buy locally any store because you can at least return or exchange but this AutoShack is a rip off and very cheap low material products. please do not proceed think about it twice before purchasing. I shared my experience to help others not to have the same situation. Remember AutoShack thieves, rip off and selling very low cheap material products.

      I ordered front and rear brakes for my 2012 dodge caravan I recieved them somewhat timely however the rears are too big for my vehicle and it appears this is the norm for this company they recieved my money but apparently not my emails to correct this issue. So they closed my new case. I guess I have gotten ripped off by theses people. Will not recommend them I will spend the extra with rockauto.

      Paid for a full set of break pads 6/3. Received only one set 6/20, was told they shipped them separately. Asked for a refund on the one I didnt receive. Went to install the one set I did receive only to find out they were way to small to fit in my caliper. Been going back and forth with this company for months. The customer service rep says to pay for shipping back to them even though I didn't make the mistake. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. Buyer beware!
