* ** ********* * **** ** ***** ************ ***** ******** ** * **** ** ***** ****************. We were sold a beautiful white tile that we picked out in person at the Eurotile showroom on Jan 8. The tile has already been installed, and is completely different than what we were shown by our sales associate. We were sold a “white” tile, but instead, we received a mosaic of all different shades of grey/taupe/brown. Of course, we checked the tile before it was installed, but it was packaged in a misleading way. At the top of the box was the correct white tile, but further into the box the colours got darker. We did not know this until it was too late (our tiler had already installed everything). Eurotile has already been made aware of this, and their ******** solution was to offer us a discount on purchasing more white tile to replace the darker colours within our wall. I asked them about the photo that they have on their website of the same beautiful “white”tile. Instead of replying to my email, sales associate, Jasmine, called me to verbally tell me that the design from their website ********** had been altered to only showcase the whitest tiles from the batch. The only reason that they called me to tell me this is because they did not want this in writing over email. We are seeking a full refund, as this whole wall of tile will have to be removed from our bathroom.Customer response
