              This group reached out to me to advertise on bags for our local farmers market in Mary 2023. I paid, approved advertisement and have not received mock up of bag or any details of this marketing moving forward. I've followed up and have had no response. I've requested a full refund and have no response.

              It took this company over a year to finally have the bags shipped to their final destination which was not the original locatuon that was initially agreed on. I however have still not been shipped my sample bag. Every time I contacted them there was the same excuses. They were out for printing, or in the process of being shipped, or they've been mailed out. Although they did offer to print business cards to try and smooth things over it does nothing for my complete advertising budget having been used and no chance of any business for that year. I also wish I had read the reviews prior to advertising as I will never advertise myself or recommend this company to anyone. To this date I have still not received a sample bag nor do I know when they are even going to be handed out to the public. I have never written a bad review in my life but email after email for a year with no results is very frustrating. ** * ***** **** **** ***** *** **** ******* ****** **** * ***** **** *******

As communicated before, and agreed upon, we needed to change our original vendor for these community bags. We apologize that this order took longer than originally expected. The bags have been received by the *** ********** and they love them! They are excited to start using them for their community events. You should now have received photos of the bag showing your advertisement on it. As per our last conversation if your sample bag does not arrive to you this week please let us know and we would be happy to mail out another one to you.
