            Reliable Home on February 3rd 2023, came to fix my ****** furnace which had a recurrent failure of a faulty pressure switch (3rd replacement in 10 years) and on this date they fix the heating issue of my furnace but: (1) Left the pressure switch hanging against the hoses it is attached to without fastening to the provided bracket provided. **They say this is normal but refused to provide this in writing or come back to rectify the improper fix. (2) They red tag my furnace on the basis of leaking inducer (34 days after expiry of the 10 years warranty) even though the leaks appear to come from the pipe/hose connection to the exhaust pipe. They did not do any technical test to come to this conclusion. ** They refused to send someone do the relevant test and confirm their initial findings base on current evidence.

            I'm very pleased with my experience with Reliable Home Environment. They delivered when they promised, installed a new water heater, furnace, and A/C, showed me how to use the smart thermostat. It's all working nicely.They even helped me later with applying for the Lennox rebate. That was not easy, but they took care of it for me as soon as I asked for help. I did get the gift card... Thanks *****!I will definitely call on them for the yearly maintenance in the future, Highly recommended.
