We just purchased a hot tub from Purewater. (we had first purchased our pool table from them many years ago). Our salesperson ****, was amazing, knowledgeable and patient when we were trying to decide which one would be perfect for us. The tub came quickly - and the team installing it was amazing. After a few uses there was a slight glitch with it. We contacted the service department and after working with their team, the owner herself coming to our yard and working on a solution - we discovered the cause. Within a day we were asked to come back to the store - select a new tub - and we're so so thrilled with the service received. We were made a priority, made to feel like we mattered. Acknowledge good reviews but for myself, very disappointed. Had my hot tub motor fixed with a 3 month warranty (refurbished motherboard). I agreed to this but confirmed I can only pick up in June. Turns out I have one month warranty because Purewater insists it started with chip installation even though it sat in the shop unused. No budging on this but after a rather awkward conversation *** been told that if something happens they will try to help. Im hope and dont expecting a failure of the equipment but certainly feel there was a failure in communication and proper customer service. Wouldnt have been much for a reputable company to offer the full three months, even if its a third party install.

Hi, I have reviewed with the Service Manager the conversation you had with her on Friday June 2. What she was trying to say was that while technically the warrantee starts at installation, we can do a lot to ensure if you have a problem within th 3 month period it will be covered. I want to reassure you that you will be supported fully within 3 months of you having the unit in your possession. We are sorry for any miscommunication that occured. From purchase, to delivery and installation, everything was amazing! Everyone has *** very friendly and walked us through every step of our purchase process and gave us a thorough overview of care instructions once it was delivered! They have been great.We bought a Softub and were very happy with the service.Sales process was easy and the eta provided for delivery was correct.Delivery guys were very friendly and quite informative and took the extra time to answer some newbie questions!Brought water in for testing and weren't impressed with that service staff member however, when we returned to purchase the chemicals we dealt with a different staff member who was very friendly and helpful.Very happy with our Softub purchase so far.Purewater Total Home Leisure Response

Outstanding sales, installation, service and follow-up. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of complete service by this company. Normally when. You are delivering 100’s of hot tubs a year the personal service might not be there, this was not the case. Even email was followed up in a timely manner. The team from Purewater are fantastic. We are complete newbie’s when it comes to pools/hot tubs/ swim spas. ****, our sales representative, was very patient with us and was able to answer all our questions. He helped us choose a model that was perfect for our wants/needs with no pressure to buy. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and made sure we had everything in place before hand. I had fears that there might be a delay due to manufacturing (Covid) but the delivery of the swim spa was on time. The installation team lead by ****** were all very friendly and professional. They had everything set up in a few hours time. We have had our swim spa up and running for a couple of months now and we are loving it! From the top down Purewater Total Home Leisure has been fantastic. We highly recommend anyone who is seriously considering a pool/hot tub swim spa to check them out. We have nothing but good to say about our experience at Purewater. The sales team were outstanding. Very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. After delivery, I can say everything we were told, is exactly true. The follow up from their customer service has been incredible. Very reasonable response time and so friendly. The icing on the cake was the delivery team. ****** and his team were amazing. Friendly, joking and making this experience a pleasure. We were overjoyed to have the hot tub come and ****** took an already happy couple and made the day this much better. So why am I writing this review? I think people all too often are quick to write negative reviews. We wanted to acknowledge the amazing customer service from Purewater, because it seems to be a rare thing these days. They deserve all the praise and more. Couldn't be happier with our purchase, and very happy we chose Purewater.
