              I recently purchased a computer online and was given a Pitney Bowes tracking number. My issue is that the computer is being shipped to the wrong address, I tried to resolve the issue with the seller but was told that they could not do anything because it was already shipped. I tried to contact Pitney Bowes but it is impossible to speak to a real person, especially someone willing to help. I reached out to them on ******** explaining my problem in a message and was told to just keep tracking my shipment and was given a tracking link, I replied that I was tracking my shipment and needed to speak to someone about the wrong address, but they never replied to my request. Pitney Bowes has to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they do not want to be bothered, and they couldn't care less about their customers.
