Very nice swim spa with one glaring exception-- the cover comes with very cheap, flimsy plastic clips which break very easily. Hard to believe they put such cheap clips on a $30K+ product! Already broke two of them, will be reaching out to Hydropool to replace. But in addition, there does not seem to be any way to replace these, because the cover has permanent sewn-in loops that thread through the clips, and the clips have no means to detach from the cover. Worst retail experience in my life In almost two years we've had more service calls than I can remember. *** ******* *** ** ******* ****** Tub has been replaced FOUR times! The ********* way the manager attempted to compensate all her failures is shameful. Was promised a better tub in compensation. The current "new upgraded" tub is a two year old display model riddled with problems that has required five service calls so far.Review from Gordy D

Not a very well built Canadian product.bought in 2018 April for 10,795.Just 2 and 1/2 years in replaced pump 1,two weeks ago replaced pump,2,now jets were improperly installed and leaking.For being in business 32 years you would think they would stand behind There product.Very disappointed.sent emails to company still nothing.
