      Ordered hairspray from Diane Beauty Supply. ORDER #*********. Order placed on 12-26-2023 at 9:21 am CST. Their shipping policy states: Orders Are Shipped within 5 - 7 Business Days Via **** and delivered via **** in the U.S. I have reached out to them 3 times with no reply. I never received a notification or refund, only correspondence is when order was placed and my bank account withdrawal of $46.91 US, $62.00 CAD. .

      I purchased online two bottles of ***** lotion which with taxes and shipping cost exactly $62 on December 4. I was given a confirmation number (which I took a screenshot) but never received an order number. It’s been a month since I’ve bought it but haven’t received it in the advertised 5-7 business days so I tried contacting the company via text, calling and leaving a message to an automated voicemail greeting which doesn’t state their name or anything, emailing them and chatting with an agent on the website which turned out to be a bot. I have not received any response back whatsoever and just want my $62 back

      I ordered 2 hairbrushes online from Diane Beauty Supply on Nov 14, 2023 and was immediately billed $70 on my **** card. The order number is #********* and I received a confirmation stating it would be delivered by ****** **** in 10-14 business days. It has not been delivered. The phone number just says "busy, call again" (anytime of the day). I have sent multiple email requests, never answered, and not "read" either. I don't believe this business is functional, except to take people's credit card payments.

      I ordered hair products from Diane Beauty Supply, Missisauga On, and never received my items. I was charged $40 for the products and $10 for shipping, totalling $50 CND.

      On 11/28/23 I placed an online order trough their website for the purchase of 4 units of hand lotion at $25 CAD each for a total of $100 CAD. I received an email confirmation of my order #********* with information that shipping normally occurred within 7-12 business days and that I would receive notification when the order was shipped. When I hadn't received any other contact from them, I emailed on both December 6th and 9th with a request for an update on the shipping status but received no response. My credit card had been charged $73.42 USD as well as $2.20 foreign transaction fee on 11/28/23 so once I confirmed that, I tried calling their toll-free number. I received nothing but a busy signal each time I tried the number.

      I ordered $70 worth of product (hand and body lotion) from Diane Beauty Supply https://*********************.ca on November 8, 2023. The money was immediately extracted from my account. However I received no order confirmation number, no shipping information or no updates. I emailed the company on November 22 and again on November 24 giving them a deadline for a response by end of day Monday November 27. I also telephoned and left a message. Never a response. I have alerted my credit card company (****) and filed a complaint with them as well.

      I placed an order online with ****** ****** ****** on October 30, 2023 for a **** ***** blow dryer. I paid $172.49 for the item, which the money was withdrawn from my account immediately. I have kept tracking the item and it said shipped with no updates, not it says the order has been cancelled, no date, no reason and no refund. When I called the # provided, you get a message that the phone has been disconnected. I tried to send an email to address that was provided and that email is returned saying not deliverable. I found another phone # online, ************. I called and the woman I spoke with said she would call back within an hour. I never received a call back, and now when I call I have to leave a message and I don't get return calls. After ******** this company, all reviews say they are a ****, **** **** **** ***** *** **** ****** *** ******* which is exactly what is happening to me. They also say they don't get responses when they try to contact the company. I would like my money refunded. Thank you for your assistance.

      I ordered three bottles of hair care product online from Diane Beauty Supply on July, 11, 2023. Payment was deducted from my bank account on July 12, 2023 in the amount of $64.29 and $1.92 USD. I'm unsure why there were multiple deductions. The total on my email confirmation was $85.14 CAD. My order confirmation number is *********. I sent an email requesting status of my order on July 18 and July 19, 2023. I have yet to receive a response. I called the store using the phone number provided on their website and got an answering machine. I left a detailed message, including my name, order number, reason I was calling (to check status of an existing order), and my call back phone number. I also mentioned I had sent two emails on previous dates and received no response from the store. I never received a call back.

      Purchased a bottle of oil online from ******************.ca which is the website of Diane beauty supply and was notified a day after that the product has been shipped but the tracking number is invalid. I tried contacting them through email, the toll free number( which is not in service) and the the store phone number for Diane beauty supply but haven’t received any response thus far. I just need a refund or the product or the store or the website to get back in touch with me. Please assist if possible.
