Just ordered another scooter by phone. Rebecca was very helpful in helping select the one I wanted. I have also ordered C Pap supplies from them, and always receive the greatest service. Stall is always polite and very helpful. Will definitely keep using Mobility 1st, even though I live in Hamilton.

I have just purchased a new scooter and I am pleased with the service provided. ******* was extremely helpful and assisted me with the purchase. My old scooter had problems and ***** and the repair staff were able to determine what was wrong but unfortunately more repairs would not guarantee that the scooter would operate properly. I then had to purchase a new scooter. Mobility 1st were cheerful and helpful when I went to try out the new scooter. They answered my questions in a polite and courteous manner. I look forward to working with them in the future for my mobility issues. *******.

Mobility 1st has provided my family with an experience that proved to go over the moon in the my eyes as to how a customer should be treated. Robin drove across London, the farthest spot from their location on 1161 Florence St to assess my dad as to a new wheelchair he has desperately needed for a very long time. The whole team at Mobility 1st has been in communication with my father and I, giving us as many updates as they could as well as helping us with anything we needed all along the way. I am truly astounded regarding the care they put into their customers considering that our overall order and needs were not the most expensive thing that they possibly sell. It has shown my father and I that they are not in it for the money, but to help the community by aiding people in getting their mobility back. To say that we appreciate mobility 1st is an understatement, they are amazing at what they do and truly will always be my number 1 medical store. It will be worth the drive across London every. single. time. to be treated this well by a company.

Great customer service, very friendly service and if they didn't know the answer to a question they went and found out the answer. Went in inquiring about portable scooter for myself and in no time I was driving out my new scooter. They were amazing and very affordable prices.
